Gulf Crest 0305

Gulf Crest 305 was everything and more.
The condo had everything that was described. Easy access from parking garage to condo no elevator required. Had assigned parking spot for one car additional parking spot up on top floor of garage
Condo was very clean and very spacious. Balcony was absolutely stunning. I could see sunrise and sunset every morning and evening.
Condo was also very convenient to restaurant and shopping
Paula from saltybeachrentals was outstanding. Responded very quickly and was so sweet.
We hate we had to leave but had already been in PCB for almost 3 weeks.
Definitely will be using Paula again.

We stayed in the Gulf Crest Condominiums in the 305 unit. The room and building were in good condition. Room was clean, but you can tell it has been used extensively.

Overview

- Nice little workout facility
- There are 2 pools, clean but they are not heated
- There is a tiki bar with a limited menu. We did not take advantage of this feature
- There is short walk to the beach
- Recommend to bring your own chairs, a service is provided for lounge chairs and umbrellas at a cost
- Being on the 3rd floor is an advantage since it has direct access to the garage, otherwise you need to take the elevator. Cost to park was $53 for the week. There was a dedicated space for the 305 unit which was on that level.

The room was clean, had 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, full kitchen, living area, laundry area and lanai. If needed there were 2 built-in bunk beds in the dining area. The furniture was new and the lanai was very large. It contained 4 cushioned chairs, a wooden lounge chair, 4 wooden chairs and a table. Plenty of room for all of that furniture.

There were 3 TVs, one in the living area and one in each bedroom. Would have been nice to have some instructions on use and a guide for the local stations. There were no batteries in the master bedroom remotes, so that TV was not usable.

Full kitchen with all the plates, utensils, pans, coffee maker, etc. There was a washer and dryer off the master bathroom.

Master Bathroom was good. One sink constantly dripped. A hair dryer would have been nice to have.

Guest Bathroom overall was OK. However, tub did not drain effectively during shower (but not clogged). The shower and tub faucet was worn and a little tricky to operate to moderate the water temperature. Water pressure was good.

Spent 4 days here in March and had an excellent experience. Clean, spacious, spectacular view, good pool and facilities. Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. 3rd floor is just right. Feels right on the beach without being so close that people can look in. Huge balcony.

Very cute, clean, spacious condo. Third floor is great - easy access. Loved this place. Paula and her team are top notch, too.

Loved that we could park on the 3rd floor and walk across the short walkway to the room and no waiting on the elevator. It was a quick in and out. The view is great and you feel like you’re right on the beach. The beach is close and was not crowded because the mega developments are further away. We found it convenient to drive to everything we wanted with nothing being more than 20 minutes away. Beds and furniture were comfortable. The manager was easy to get a hold of when we had a question. We would stay again if in the area.

Convenient

Condo is a great location - right across from parking 3rd floor. Very easy to get to the beach. Very nice condo - bath tub areas could use some updating - but still very nice. Would definitely stay again.

This was the perfect property for us. The property being located on the parking garage level worked well for us. Property was clean and comfortably furnished and decorated. Paula communicated very well and was a great host! We will definitely stay in this unit again! Thanks so much!
