The townhouse boasts 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and over 2000 sqft of living space, comfortable accommodating up to 14 guest. Its prime location near Inlet Beach, Pier Park, and the renowned 30A ensures easy access to some of the world’s most beautiful beaches. On the first floor, you’ll find a welcoming living room with a sleeper sofa, a well-equipped kitchen, a convenient half bath and a covered patio. The second floor features a bedroom with a king bed and sleeper sofa, another bedroom with a king bed and a bathroom with walk-in shower and garden tub, a full-size washer and drying in the hall and a private balcony. The third floor offers two bedrooms, one with a queen and the other furnished with bunk beds and a sleeper sofa. The bathroom is equipped with a stand-up shower. This townhouse provides the perfect space for your entire party to build memories that will last a lifetime.

**Pleas note the house only has 2 designated parking spots. Any other vehicles will need to use the Passport Parking app created by PCB to find public parking areas along the beach .
