I found on facebook a little scared as aways because of scams. However, found David and his sister very nice. Place is right on the beach all pictures are true and factual. I am very satisfied with the place, however just fyi this is my two cents is that the smaller hallway beds had extra foam or something they a bit hard becuase of thin mattress, and a lounge chair on the balcony. This is not a detrament but just a little nicer.
The unit was as described and perfect for my husband and I. You walk out the door and you are at the beach. The free beach chairs were an addedd bonus and well used. We were there during the start of off season. The only negative was the floors needed to be mopped. We had to wear shoes inside the whole time.
